Did you purchase your licence through a reseller?

If you purchased your product through a reseller in the UK or Ireland, your reseller should be your first point of contact for support. If you have lost your reseller's contact details you should be able to locate them on our reseller locater page here.

Did you purchase your licence directly from Alt-N's US website?

If you purchased your software licences directly from Alt-N in the US, you should contact Alt-N directly for support unless you are definitely intending to renew your licences in the future with Zen Software.

Did you purchase directly from Zen Software?

Zen Software provides free telephone and email support for licences purchased directly from Zen Software which have active upgrade cover. If your licence's upgrade cover has expired, you should renew it here before contacting Zen Software for support.

MDaemon Messaging Server is available in three commercial editions Standard, PRO and BlackBerry® Edition. Certain features described may be specific to the version of MDaemon you are running and may also require the SecurityPlus or Outlook Connector plug-ins or an ActiveSync licence key which are available to purchase seperately. A feature comparison chart is available here. Certain management, security, or wireless synchronization features may not be available in all markets; please refer to product release notes.
