If you purchased your product through a reseller in the UK or Ireland, your reseller should be your first point of contact for support. If you have lost your reseller's contact details you should be able to locate them on our reseller locater page here.
If you purchased your software licences directly from Alt-N in the US, you should contact Alt-N directly for support unless you are definitely intending to renew your licences in the future with Zen Software.
Zen Software provides free telephone and email support for licences purchased directly from Zen Software which have active upgrade cover. If your licence's upgrade cover has expired, you should renew it here before contacting Zen Software for support.
